The works by Linda Bachammar Clerget presented in this catalogue feature mixed techniques. In fact, the artist tries to achieve particular chromatic effects, which could hardly be conveyed using only one type of pigment. In her first two works, Au loin and Ce nuage au-dessus de nos têtes, the transparency effects of the watercolours are the ideal basis for emphasizing the careful texture of the lines obtained through the skillful and almost calligraphic use of Indian ink...
